Shipping/Processing Policy

Order Processing Time
Orders are processed in 3-5 business days. Back-ordered products are processed in 7-14 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Timeframes
Once processed, orders are shipped through our selected carrier, and delivery time typically ranges from 3–7 business days, depending on the destination and carrier conditions. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Business Days Definition
Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is entered correctly at the time of purchase. ChemTide is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information submitted by the customer..

Lost / Delayed Packages
After an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our direct control. Delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, or other transit-related issues may occur.

Damaged Orders / Order Issues
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery date. We will review the issue and work with you toward a resolution.
